Ceremony Arch Fee

£150 included with Ceremony of any designs available. Additional fee of £120 for a new created design, unless cost of flowers and silks exceeds expected cost of £120, in this case cost to be discussed and agreed with client. Fees include setting up and removing the Arch from the Venue. Additional cost if Celebrant overnight stay is required to remove the Ceremony Arch after Ceremony.

Deposit

I request a 50% non-refundable deposit of your chosen Ceremony, with the remaining balance paid one whole month prior to the Ceremony date. I provide only one Ceremony per day, this allows me dedicated time at your perfect Ceremony. From our first meeting I begin researching on your behalf, I spend quality time as I create your special Ceremony.

Travel Expenses

Travel cost of 45p per mile as travel exceeds 25 miles from base to meetings / venue, and venue to base. Calculated travel costs to be paid with remaining balance of 50% Ceremony fee.
