A course is held over a day from 10-4pm. 
Full day course including lunch £195.00 per person.  
£125.00 early bird when booked before 30th April. 
( 50% deposit required to secure a place, non refundable 30 days prior to event)
Attendees are asked if possible to bring along a yoga or exercise mat, throw and cushion to the course please. 

During the day you will be taught the ancient, safe and natural technique of Transcending Meditation. 
The day will be relaxed and enjoyable as you become familiar with the technique and benefits of practising Transcending Meditation.
