Spend part of the day being taught the ancient safe and natural technique of Ageless Transcending Meditation with access to the Spa Centre within the Hotel.

The day will be enjoyable and relaxing as you learn the technique of Transcending in Meditation as well as relaxing in the beautiful recently refurbished Hotel & Spa facilities. 

Cost for the full day is £95.00. 

Lunch is included in the price, as is access to the Spa facilities.

The ATM teachings will be held in two sessions, morning & afternoon, this  allowing attendees to access the Spa facilities and arrange any treatments they so wish either before or after their ATM Course.
